Read-A-Thon!

All set for the Read-a-thon! For me it officially starts Sat morn. at 8:00.
I am going to go to bed early tonight, and have oatmeal tomorrow morning for breakfast.
Ashley has to work the early shift but is going to try to leave work at noon to come here and start.

Alot of prep work goes into this. The night before, I was washing and cutting up veggies. Putting dip into containers. Getting out trays and plates. Cleaning up the living room. Getting notebooks and pencils for recording. I've got my stack of books ready. My laptop ready. I'm just not sure how to do my hair, maybe a braid.

Here is a list of food I got -
Fresh veggies (broc. cauliflower, carrots, cukes, peppers)
Dip (ranch and french onion)
Tortilla chips
Salsa and Velveeta cheese (for mixing and heating for a dip)
Trail mix
Almond M&Ms
Apples
Coffee Juice
Glen will get us pizza Sat. night

Reading list: Everyone was asking for my reading list so I re-posted in this post.
Viola in Reel Life, by Adriana Trigiani
Exposed, by Susan Vaught
If I Stay, by Gayle Forman
Tangled, by Carolyn Mackler
The Life of Glass, by Jillian Cantor
The Key to the Golden Firebird, by Maureen Johnson
Leap Day, by Wendy Mass
My not-so-terrible Time at the Hippie Hotel, by Rosemary Graham
Dead Girls Don't Write Letters, by Gail Giles

Looking for Alaska, by John Green (I have already read this one, but I got it for my daughter, This may be the best YA book I have ever read!)

I will try to post every hour, so pleeeeese check back often to see how I am doing. I will need words of encouragement. or "WAKE UP!" in very large bold caps.
