    There's a great inspirational post there right now for setting goals, etc.

    And confession, Wendy... I haven't walked in two days. However, I did go to work, get 4 loads of laundry, a trip to the post office, grocery shopping, linen changes, dinner made AND 26 pages written during that time so I guess I'm not such a slacker. OH, and I lost 2 pounds because I've been SOOOO good on my diet. That prints me up to just shy of 12. Over the holidays at that! Yay for me.
