Licensed for Trouble by Susan May Warren (Review and huge giveaway!)

About the book -
PJ Sugar receives shocking news that she's inherited the Kellogg family mansion. Though she has no idea why, the timing is perfect-PJ has clearly worn out her welcome at her sister's house. Unfortunately, the mansion is in shambles, and PJ is short on cash. Rescue comes in the form of Max Smith, a mysterious handyman willing to trade his services for PJ's investigative skills. But PJ already has a full docket with cramming for her PI license and nurturing a growing romance with her boss, Jeremy Kane. Can she take on Max's case without dropping the ball?
Find out more about book one, Nothing But Trouble and book two, Double Trouble.

My review - I can sum this review up in one word - "Excellent!" I LOVED this book! I give it a big "High Five" (stars that is).  I thought this was the best one yet. And even though this is the 3rd in the series, you could certainly read this one by itself. I read this in 2 sittings. I didn't even want to go to bed. I finally did at 11:15, but started reading again first thing the next morning. A couple of great little mysteries involved (both cold cases), but what I loved the most was PJ and her getting this magnificent house!  I loved Warren's description of the house and grounds, I really felt like I was right there. I right away started thinking if there was anyone in my family who could possibly leave me such a house. The only thing I didn't like about this book was that it ended, LOL. I don't know if Warren intends to write more PJ Sugar books but I certainly hope she does, I am hooked!
While being a light mystery, and Christian based, I would also almost say its kinda Chick-Lit-ish, PJ is quirky just like the chick-lit characters. So I would recommend this book to people who like - Mysteries, Christian, and even Chick-Lit. Susan May Warren has written several other books and I am ready to start checking out the other ones!
